Fuzzy Bellini

Inspired by the drink (not the nursery rhyme about the bear), this fuzzy wuzzy Bellini, mixes orgeat, an almond milk syrup, with peach liqueur and orange bitters. Somewhere between a Mimosa, a Fuzzy Navel and a tiki drink without the bite, this brunch concoction sets a new standard for midday cocktails. By the time you down the first one, you’ll already be making the next. Note: If you choose to use peach schnapps instead of peach liqueur, cut the orgeat down to a bar spoon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.75 oz Peach Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Orgeat
  • Prosecco
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Add the orgeat and the peach liqueur to a Champagne flute.

Step two

Stir with a bar spoon to mix.

Step three

Top with prosecco and stir again.

Step four

Garnish with two dashes of orange bitters.
