Supercall’s Chocolate Martini

Our take on the classic ‘90s dessert cocktail is much dryer than the original version, making it a perfect foil for sweet desserts like chocolate cake and tiramisu. Made with homemade chocolate liqueur and rum instead of vodka, it’s the perfect combination of sweet, bitter and spicy—with just a hint of fruitiness thanks to a few drops of raspberry liqueur.

Bitter, Sweet


  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz White Rum
  • .75 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • .5 oz Liqueur de Framboise (Raspberry Liqueur)
  • .25 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Mole Bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters


Step one

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

Step two

Fill the mixing glass one-third full with big ice cubes (1 inch x 1 inch).

Step three

Stir and strain with a julep strainer into a chilled coupe.
