Blue Hawaii Jello Shot
Inspired by the underrated, proto-tiki cocktail, this variation on the Blue Hawaii gets a jiggly makeover. Made with blue curaçao, white rum, pineapple juice and Berry Blue Jell-O, the vibrantly-hued Jello Shot is as boozy as it is tropical. Easy to concoct—and even easier to enjoy—these wiggly tiki shooters are the perfect addition to your next luau-themed blowout bash. Just don’t take too many or you won’t be able to limbo.
- 0.5 Cup white rum
- 0.5 Cup Blue Curaçao
- 0.5 Cup Boiling Water
- 0.5 Cup pineapple juice
- 1 box Berry Blue Jell-O
- Maraschino cherries
Combine the boiling water and the blue Jell-O, and stir until fully dissolved.
Add the pineapple juice, rum and blue curaçao. Mix thoroughly.
Place a Maraschino cherry into each plastic shot glass.
Pour the mixture into plastic shot glasses and refrigerate until set, about 2.5 hours.
