Infusing spirits with chamomile is a trendy way to use the soothing tea in cocktails. This chamomile-infused gin is especially great in the Chamomile Pear Collins.
- 1 tbsp chamomile tea
- 8 oz gin
Add chamomile tea to gin.
Let steep for an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.
Strain through a cheesecloth and store, covered, in the refrigerator.
