Fig-Infused Bourbon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter bourbon
  • 1 Cup dried figs

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

In a large jar, muddle the figs with 1 cup of bourbon.

Step two

Add the remaining bourbon and seal.

Step three

Let it sit in the jar for at least three days (the longer it sits, the more potent the flavor).

Step four

Strain the bourbon into a clean bottle.
