Ginger-Pepper Infused Rum

Black peppercorns and grated ginger infuse into white rum to create a spirit with a spicy punch. The infused rum is perfect in any spice-heavy cocktail, like the Spiked Turmeric Golden Latte.

Ginger-Pepper Infused Rum

Dry, Spicy


  • 4 cups white rum
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp ginger


Step one

Add peppercorns and grated ginger to a Mason jar and top with rum.

Step two

Seal and allow to infuse for 1-2 days before using, then store at room temperature.
