No, this cocktail is not inspired by Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction—and it doesn’t come with cheese. This Bellini variation gets its name from the luxurious ingredients that go into it. Made with some of the finest quality spirits, including rich, toffee-hued Cognac and off-dry peach brandy, this Bellini tastes as regal as its name implies.
