Use this hops-infused honey syrup in cocktails like the Hoppy Honey.
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup honey
- .25 Cup hops
Add water and hops to a pot and bring to a boil.
Stir in honey until it dissolves, then remove from the heat.
Steep for 10 minutes, then strain out hops and refrigerate before using.
