Brown Butter Fat-Washed Citadelle Gin

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 750 ml bottle Gin

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

In a pan, cook butter on low until brown.

Step two

Pour the butter into a bottle of Citadelle Gin and infuse for 1 hour, shaking every 10 minutes.

Step three

Freeze for 5 hours, then strain.
