Peanut Infused Bourbon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 750 ml bottle Bourbon (Weigel uses Maker's Mark)
  • 1 Cup raw peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Chop the peanuts for a minute in a food processor.

Step two

Add peanuts to the Elijah Craig and allow to infuse for three days.  

Step three

Strain peanuts and bottle. Will keep for one year.
