Pumpkin Cinnamon Syrup

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup pumpkin purée
- .25 Cup Maple Syrup
- .5 Cup Brown Sugar
- .5 Cup sugar
- 2 cups Water
- .25 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Step one
Add all the ingredients to a medium sauce pan. Boil for about 20 minutes on medium to low heat.
Step two
When it looks very creamy and foamy on top, remove from heat.
Step three
Double strain with 80 mesh strainer.
