IPA Syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz IPA
  • 1 Cup Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Combine IPA and sugar in a saucepan over low heat.

Step two

‪Reduce by about one-quarter.

Step three

Let cool and use in the ‪Tropicália Pimm's Cooler.
