Kimchi Bloody Mary

Set your brunch game to stun with the Kimchi Bloody Mary, an Eastern-inspired makeover of the original Bloody Mary cocktail, zinged up with a couple spoonfuls of spicy kimchi, a few dashes of soy sauce, and a powerful punch of wasabi paste. A base of smooth Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka is the stage on which these distinctive ingredients shine. Served in a tall Collins over a heap of cracked ice. It’s best garnished with a cocktail shrimp or two perched on the rim.
