This drink is a unique spinoff of the original holiday favorite, combining Captain Morgan Loconut Rum, coconut milk, simple syrup, and bananas. So good it’s bananas—no, it’s loco. Loco Banana Coquito

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Captain Morgan LocoNut
  • 2 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 2" (approx.) section of Banana
  • 2 dashes ground cinnamon
  • 2 dashes ground nutmeg
  • ground cinnamon and nutmeg, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Combine rum, coconut milk, simple syrup, banana, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender.

Step two

Blend until smooth, then pour over ice in a rocks glass.

Step three

Top with a little more cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step four

*For a delicious frozen option, simply add 5-6 ice cubes to the blender for each portion of the drink and blend until smooth.
