Melt Away

This cocktail is so chill it doesn’t need ice to keep cool—instead, it’s garnished and kept frosty with a honeydew creamsicle. After building the mix of vegetal cachaça, coconut water and aloe liqueur, stir everything together with the creamy melon pop. It gives the drink a silky texture—plus it’s a great snack between sips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz cachaça
  • .75 oz aloe liqueur
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 1 Melona Ice Cream Bar

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Add all ingredients to a stirring glass and fill with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass.

Step two

Garnish with a Melona Melon Ice Cream Bar.
