Michelada
One of the great day drinks, at its heart, the Michelada is a mix of beer, lime juice, salt and spices. The name is a portmanteau of mi (my) chela (Mexican slang for beer) helada (frost or cold). Put it all together and you get Michelada, my cold beer. Make it your cold beer by adjusting any or all of the proportions below.
