Funfetti Crackle Cookies Recipe

Total Time:  35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and flour until well mixed. Stir in the eggs, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
    Using a tablespoon, form dough into balls, then roll in the powdered sugar to coat. Place on prepared baking sheets, 2 inches apart, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are set and cookies begin to look crackled.
  • Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

Funfetti Cheesecake Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups Funfetti cake mix
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Vanilla wafers for serving

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in cake mix and powdered sugar; stir until smooth.
  • Serve immediately with wafer cookies.

Funfetti Whoopie Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 ⅓ cups Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
  • In large bowl, beat together all cake ingredients with an electric mixer until combined.
  • Pour batter into a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag. Snip a small corner off the bottom and pipe 4-inch circles, 1 inch apart, onto the baking sheets (you should be able to fit 6 on each sheet).  Alternatively, use a ¼-cup scoop.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden and set in the centers. Let cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • To make the filling, beat together marshmallow, shortening, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Once cookies are cool, spread ¼ cup of frosting on the flat side of one cookie. Top with a second cookie, flat side down to make a sandwich. Repeat with the rest.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, buttermilk, oil, and eggs.
  • Fill a preheated Belgian waffle iron with batter and cook for 3 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
  • ⅔ cup Funfetti cake mix
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) white chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Spray a 13-by-9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir to coat. Continue stirring until marshmallows are melted.
  • Remove from heat; stir in cake mix until well combined. Add Rice Krispies and chocolate; stir until well coated.
  • Using a greased spatula, spread and press mixture evenly into the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
  • Cut into 12 squares.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¾ cups Funfetti cake mix
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a donut pan lightly with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, beat all ingredients together until well combined. Transfer batter to a gallon-size plastic bag. Cut off a bottom corner of the bag and squeeze batter into each donut mold, filling them about ⅔ full.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, until tops are slightly browned and spring back when touched.
  • Let donuts cool in pan for 5 minutes and then turn pan upside down over a wire rack to remove.

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Funfetti cake mix

Directions:

  • Pour heavy whipping cream into a large bowl and beat on high with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  • Add cake mix and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

Funfetti Puppy Chow Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 ½ tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup milk chocolate M&M's

Directions:

  • Place Rice Chex in a large bowl; set aside.
  • Combine cake mix and powdered sugar in a large plastic bag or Tupperware with lid; set aside.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave (in 30-second increments, stirring each time with a silicone spatula) or over the stove using a double boiler. Stir in cream cheese and milk until combined.
  • Pour chocolate over Rice Chex cereal and stir until well coated. Transfer cereal into the bag or Tupperware with powdered sugar and cake mix. Shake until well coated.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet and let cool.
  • Mix with M&M's and serve.

  • ¼ cup hot milk

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix and powdered sugar. Add butter, chocolate, and milk; stir to combine. Quickly spread fudge into an 8-by-8-inch greased pan.

Directions:
