10 Things to Make With Funfetti Mix That Are Even Better Than Cake

When I was a kid and first saw Funfetti wedged on the shelf between chocolate and vanilla, I asked my mom the obvious question: what kind of flavor is Funfetti? “It tastes like happiness,” she answered.
While that’s now also how I describe 99-cent pizza at 3am on a Saturday, my mom’s Care Bear-like explanation held up even as I got older. - 1 box Funfetti cake mix

- 2 eggs

- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden and set in the centers. Let cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make the filling, beat together marshmallow, shortening, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
