4 Batch Cocktails That Will Make Your Summer

Here’s a conundrum: you’re having friends over for a summer get-together, and while you don’t just want to serve beer, you also don’t want to spend the whole evening making other people cocktails. Here’s a solution: we hooked up with Wild Turkey American Honey on four seasonal batch cocktail recipes. On each of ‘em, we’ve laid out ingredient specs to serve 8. Make a pitcher or two before people show up, store them in the fridge, and you’ll be able to spend your night doing absolutely nothing but receiving compliments.

Yield: Serves 8

INGREDIENTS:
  • 14 oz American Honey
  • 4 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz passion fruit purée
  • 6 oz pineapple gum
DIRECTIONS:
  • Blend ingredients with crushed ice and garnish with Fee's Old Fashioned Bitters.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 16oz American Honey
  • 6oz banane du brésil
  • 6oz lime juice
  • 16 dashes of angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS:
  • Fill pitcher with ice. Add bitters, then lime juice, then banane du brésil, then American Honey.
  • Stir vigorously. Add banana chip garnish after pouring.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 16oz American Honey
  • 6oz  spiced peach liqueur
  • 6oz lemon juice
  • 16 dashes of spiced bitters
DIRECTIONS:
  • Fill pitcher with ice. Add bitters, then lemon juice, then American Honey and liqueur.
  • Stir vigorously. Add candied peach garnish after pouring.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 12oz American Honey
  • 4oz dark rum
  • 8oz pineapple juice
  • 8oz coconut milk
  • 8oz cardamom cream
  • 2oz lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
  • Add pineapple and lime to pitcher, then coconut and cardamom cream.
  • Stir vigorously, then add American Honey and rum. Fill pitcher with ice. Add coconut flakes, brandy cherry, and nutmeg dusting for garnish after pouring.
