Make This Insane Beer Can Burger Caprese

0815 BBQ levels up your regular ole burger. Smashing that patty with a beer can to make the perfect cheese, tomatoes, and onions pocket, then top it with fresh mozzarella and wrap it in crispy bacon for a unquestionably easy-to-make burger that's unlike any other. 

Beer Can Burger Caprese

INGREDIENTS:
  • 30 oz ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • handfull of fresh basil
  • medium sizes onion, diced
  • handfull of grated mozzarella
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • dash of olive oil
  • 14 oz Buffalo mozzarella
  • arugula
DIRECTIONS:
  • Cut tomatoes.
  • Mix tomatoes, with onions, grated cheese, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Push beer can in ground beef and wrap in bacon.
  • Stuff with tomato mixture and top with buffalo mozzarella.
  • Grill on indirect heat at 400 ° F for app 30 Minutes.
  • Place on bun with arugula.
  • Enjoy!
