Brunch Goals: Bacon Shrimp Mini-Frittatas

Not in the mood to wait for a table at your favorite weekend brunch spot? Ditch the line, head home, and make these bacon shrimp mini-frittatas by 0815BBQ instead. These blissful bites may be tiny, but don't be fooled: they boast bold, fresh flavors by way of herbaceous dill, sharp cheddar, and crispy bacon, all while offering a new spin on the time-honored combination of shrimp and cocktail sauce. Oh, and they pair wonderfully with bottomless mimosas, too. Just saying.
