Buffalo chicken is generally considered unhealthy, largely because it's usually deep fried and paired with a whole football game's worth of beer. This recipe calls for all the standard Buffalo chicken ingredients -- just minus the fryer grease -- to be dumped into a roasted, hollowed-out spaghetti squash. It adds a healthy element (a vegetable!) and is way easier to eat than one of those little red baskets Buffalo wings usually come in.
