Snap out of summer and into fall with Boulder Locavore's ginger pear snap cocktail made with pear vodka, ginger liqueur, pear soda, lemon juice, and rosemary. Rim with caramel and garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of rosemary for a refreshing nod to fall.
Ginger Pear Snap Cocktail
- 2 oz. spiced pear vodka
- ½ oz. ginger liqueur
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ¼ oz. fresh ginger
- sprig of rosemary
- dash rhubarb bitters
- 3 oz. pear soda
- garnish: caramel, dehydrated pear chip, pear slice and/or rosemary sprig
- Rim a Collins or Highball glass with caramel.
- In a shaker mix vodka, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, fresh ginger, and rosemary with ice. Shake vigorously.
- Fill glass with ice, strain shaker into glass, top with bitters and pear soda. Garnish with pear slice and rosemary sprig.
- Serve and enjoy!
