Ginger Pear Snap Cocktail


  • 2 oz. spiced pear vodka
  • ½ oz. ginger liqueur
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. fresh ginger
  • sprig of rosemary
  • dash rhubarb bitters
  • 3 oz. pear soda
  • garnish: caramel, dehydrated pear chip, pear slice and/or rosemary sprig


  • Rim a Collins or Highball glass with caramel.
  • In a shaker mix vodka, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, fresh ginger, and rosemary with ice. Shake vigorously.
  • Fill glass with ice, strain shaker into glass, top with bitters and pear soda. Garnish with pear slice and rosemary sprig.
  • Serve and enjoy!
