We're Drooling Over These Maple Bacon Wings

Maple Bacon Wings


  • 6-7 chicken wings
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of cola
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 dash bourbon


  • Cut the wings in half and season them with salt and pepper. Grill for 35 minutes on indirect heat at 320° F.
  • Place a cast iron pan on the grill. Grill the bacon and then remove from pan. Chop the bacon into smaller pieces save for later. 
  • Add butter, bourbon, cola, and maple syrup into the cast iron pan along with the bacon drippings.
  • Once the sauce starts caramelizing, add in the chopped bacon and serve over the wings or as a dip.
