Stay Classy This Winter With a Spiced Pear Tom Collins
Maple Bacon Wings
- 6-7 chicken wings
- salt and pepper
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- ¼ cup of cola
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 dash bourbon
- Cut the wings in half and season them with salt and pepper. Grill for 35 minutes on indirect heat at 320° F.
- Place a cast iron pan on the grill. Grill the bacon and then remove from pan. Chop the bacon into smaller pieces save for later.
- Add butter, bourbon, cola, and maple syrup into the cast iron pan along with the bacon drippings.
- Once the sauce starts caramelizing, add in the chopped bacon and serve over the wings or as a dip.
