Pizza Loaded Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hour
Yield: 6 half pizza potatoes


  • 3 big potatoes
  • 8 oz of grated cheese
  • 7 oz tomato-sauce
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs- dried oregano, thyme, garlic and onion
  • 12 slices of salami (or Italian pepperoni sausage)
  • 1 medium sized yellow onion


  • Precook potatoes for 30 minutes
  • In the Meantime: Slice the sausage and dice the onion. Then mix tomato sauce with the dried herbs
  • Let potatoes cool down a bit
  • Cut potatoes in half (lengthwise)
  • Take a spoon and scoop out a bit out of the potato
  • Then add tomato-sauce, sausage, onions and grated cheese
  • Grill on medium indirect heat for 30 minutes at 320 -330° F
  • Enjoy!
