- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz of honey
- 1 oz of water
- 5 Raspberries
- Sparkling wine
- Make your honey syrup. Add the 3 ounces of honey and the 1 ounce of water to a small jar. Stir until combined.
- Add the five raspberries to a shaker and muddle. Then add in the vodka, lemon juice, and half an ounce of the honey syrup. Add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain the drink into a martini glass and top off with sparkling wine.
