Kiwi and Passionfruit Frozen Daiquiris Taste Better In A Coconut Cup

Tipsy Bartender's kiwi and passionfruit frozen daiquiris made with Midori, Blue Curaçao, and lime definitely hone in on the summer vibes but Raising Whasians inspired us to do better. Throw that slush in a real coconut, put your feet in the sand, and let summer sink in. 

Coconut Slush Cups

INGREDIENTS:
  • Kiwi, peeled
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Midori
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Passionfruit Syrup
  • Ice
  • Coconut 
DIRECTIONS:
  • First crack open your coconut--these are your cups
  • In blender, combine kiwi, Midori, Blue Curaçao, lime, passionfruit syrup and ice
  • Puree until slush consistency
  • Pour slush into coconut cups, garnish, and enjoy!
