White Chocolate Milk Punch
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 16 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce creme de caçao
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- Shaved white chocolate, to garnish
- Cinnamon, to garnish
- First, infuse the vodka. In a clean Mason jar or other sealable container, combine 1 split vanilla bean with 16 ounces of vodka. Seal and let sit for 4-7 days before removing the bean. Taste after 4 days to see if desired flavor has been reached.
- To make cocktail, combine the vanilla vodka, creme de caçao, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnished with cinnamon and shaved white chocolate, and serve.
