White Chocolate Milk Punch

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
    • 1 vanilla bean, split
    • 16 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce creme de caçao
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • Shaved white chocolate, to garnish
  • Cinnamon, to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
  • First, infuse the vodka. In a clean Mason jar or other sealable container, combine 1 split vanilla bean with 16 ounces of vodka. Seal and let sit for 4-7 days before removing the bean. Taste after 4 days to see if desired flavor has been reached.
  • To make cocktail, combine the vanilla vodka, creme de caçao, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnished with cinnamon and shaved white chocolate, and serve.
