Peach Syrup

Peach Syrup



  • 12 oz peach
  • 8 oz water
  • 6 oz sugar
  • spices


Step one

Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step two

Let the mixture simmer until it is reduced to a syrupy consistency.

Step three

Boil for less time if you’d like a fresher and more delicate peach flavor, and boil longer if you’d prefer a stewed peach flavor.

Step four

Add cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and fresh ginger, to taste. Strain through a mesh strainer and let cool.
