Calling all fans of pecan pie—this pecan milk will let you easily infuse that same nutty flavor into any cocktail you like. Swap it in for other nut milks, or use it in the Breakfast With Paula Deen spiked coffee.
- 1 Cup pecans
- 2 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
Add pecans, water and salt to a Mason jar and soak overnight.
Strain out the nuts and reserve the soaking water.
Rinse the nuts.
Blend nuts with the soaking water and strain again into an airtight container.
