Jungle Mule

The spicy, gingery Moscow Mule meets the funky, bittersweet Jungle Bird in this dangerously drinkable cocktail. It might sound like a lot of potentially clashing flavors, but the bracing Campari meets and mellows the zingy ginger beer, while the pineapple juice rounds out the edges and the vodka adds alcoholic heat. One taste and you won’t be able to put it down. So do your best to sip slowly.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Campari
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Pineapple Wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Pour rum, Campari, lime juice and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice and shake.

Step two

Strain into a highball with fresh ice.

Step three

Top with ginger beer.

Step four

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
