Bitter Bellini

This bitter brunchtime treat combines two of our favorite mid-morning cocktails: the Aperol Spritz and the Bellini. Rothman and Winter peach liqueur’s buttery sweet, stone fruit flavors are the perfect foil to Aperol’s bitter, citrus notes. Top it with a dry, crisp prosecco and you’ll get a sun-drenched vacation to Monaco in a glass.

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Peach Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- Prosecco
- Orange twist, spiraled, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step one
Add both liqueurs to a Champagne flute.
Step two
Top with prosecco.
Step three
Garnish with a thin, spiraled, orange twist.
