Queen Bee
This is not a punch. “It’s a giant cocktail, basically,” says Raul Abrantes of The Stinger at the InterContinental hotel in NYC. Made with sparkling rosé, vodka, peach liqueur, lemon juice and honey, it’s a party-sized refreshment that everyone will love. At The Stinger, Abrantes makes the cocktail with the hotel’s own honey, sourced from rooftop beehives, so be sure to use the best you can find if you don’t happen to have access to your own apiary.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Crème de Pèche
- 8 oz Lemon Juice
- 4 oz honey
- 16 oz Sparkling Rosé
- berries
INSTRUCTIONS
Step one
Stir vodka, crème de pèche, lemon juice and honey together in a punch bowl.
Step two
Add 6 tall ice cubes (or one large ice block).
Step three
Pour in Chandon Rosé.
Step four
Garnish with assorted berries, mint leaves and edible flowers
