In this boozy take on a classic malted milkshake, white rum joins in on the fun, while cinnamon-heavy RumChata takes the place of milk. Rich, malty and sweet, this grown-up dessert is so good that you have to check yourself to keep from slurping the drink down too quickly. Your move, ice cream parlors.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 2 oz Rumchata
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tbsp Malted Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup crushed ice
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

In a blender, add the white rum, RumChata, vanilla ice cream, crushed ice and malted milk powder.

Step two

Blend on medium until fully emulsified.

Step three

Pour into a milkshake glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
