Rusty Nail
The Rusty Nail may have fallen out of favor somewhat since its 1960s and 1970s heyday, but its mix of blended scotch and Drambuie (a honeyed scotch-based liqueur) is a reliable after-dinner digestif. Plus, it’s foolproof. The only way you can screw up this cocktail is if you leave out one of its ingredients entirely. Ours calls for two ounces of scotch and one ounce of Drambuie, but feel free to adjust the proportions to find your sweet/dry sweet spot.
