Sage-Honey Syrup

INGREDIENTS
- .5 cup honey
- .5 cup water
- 3 fresh sage leaves, destemmed
INSTRUCTIONS
Step one
In a saucepan, add the honey, water and sage.
Step two
Heat until the honey dissolves fully, then remove from the heat.
Step three
Let cool overnight with the sage in the syrup. Remove the sage leaves before serving.
