Chaat Cobbler

The classic Sherry Cobbler gets an extra boozy summer update in this refresher from Steven Brewer, the beverage director at modern Indian restaurant Babu Ji. Although a pour of vodka ups the ABV, watermelon juice mellows the mix so it’s easy to sip anytime, anywhere. When we say go crazy with the garnish, we mean it: Anything that’s in season is up for grabs. Load it up with fruits and herbs like blackberries, raspberries, cucumbers, citrus and mint.
