Greedo in Paradise
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…
A regular at the Mos Eisley Cantina’s Tiki Mondays, Greedo, a Rodian bounty hunter, had just ordered his favorite tropical libation—a day-glo cocktail made with fresh fruit juices, white rum and orgeat. All he wanted was to enjoy his drink in peace. But then, Han shot first and Greedo’s cocktail hour was cut short.
This vibrantly hued drink, created by tiki guru and space pirate Captain Brian Miller, features exotic flavors of mango and pineapple, the rich, spicy warmth of cinnamon syrup and a pungent funk from the Barbancourt white rum. Shake one up and you’ll be one sip away from a tropical paradise—just make sure to enjoy it before the pirates (or bounty hunters) get you.
- 2 oz Barbancourt Rum
- 0.5 oz mango purée
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao
- 0.5 oz Latitude 29 Formula Orgeat
- 1 tsp. Don’s Spices #4
