It’s refreshingly tart and features a heady, perfumed mix of elderflower liqueur and grapefruit liqueur. With a bubbly topping of soda water, it’s the only cure for a sweltering July day. INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.75 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- Soda Water
- Lime wheel, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step one
Add tequila, liqueurs and lime juice to a highball glass with cubed ice.
Step two
Top with soda water.
Step three
Stir with a bar spoon to incorporate and garnish a lime wheel.
