This simple, delicious tropical punch starts with a base of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum and pineapple juice, then gets a splash of fresh lemon juice and bitters to round it out. Like we said: simple. The crowd-pleasing garnishes of pineapple rings, mint sprigs, tiki umbrellas, and straws are more demanding than the tasty punch itself.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 3/4 Cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • pineapple rings and mint sprigs
  • tiki umbrellas and clear plastic straws

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Float pineapple rings on top of punch, with mint sprigs placed in center of each ring.

Step two

Place tiki umbrellas in straws and decorate bowl.

Step three

Ladle each serving into punch glass or lowball over fresh ice.

Step four

Top with a dash of bitters.
