RECIPE

White Negroni

Marisa Chafetz / Supercall

This modern classic is a lighter, more drinkable variation of the Negroni, which uses clear spirits to obtain a beautiful, translucent cocktail. While it might not have the same bitter kick as its red-hued cousin, it yields a drink that is more accessible to non-Campari drinkers. Its softly bitter flavor will ease newbies into the cocktail and change the mind of many Negroni haters.
