White Sherry Sangria

What happens in Vegas… sometimes ends up on our site. Far from the yard-long plastic neon potions you can buy on the strip, this sparkling Sangria was created by Miguel Lancha at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés. In place of red wine it uses effervescent cava, and it gets nutty depth by swapping sherry in for brandy. The fruit is strictly for show (i.e. garnish).
