Wild graffiti for your feet-y

Sure, checking out the tags at forgotten old buildings can brighten your day, but how often does Mervyns really have those sales anyway? Be constantly joyed by your artfully tagged sneakers instead, with Psykey Design.
PB-based Psykey customizes white canvas kicks using water color-esque fabric dyes and paint pens before sealing them with a water-proofer and sending 'em to your door (after he "shed[s] a tear") -- all the work of an ex-graffiti guru who previously just saw shoes as a means of fleeing the police. The kicks stand alone as artwork, but are totally wearable with virtually no ill effect on the work (expect ill effect on you!) with past work ranging from a Bowie a la Aladdin Sane pair (shirtless w/ lightning bolt makeup), to a white skeletal foot painted with glow in the dark ink, to a more straightforward pair of slip-ons with a Washington Redskins theme, so even if you avoid sidewalk excrement, you've still stepped in crap. Currently available joints include the more abstract, green/blue/yellow "Slymer", "U Eye Ballin' Me?" with a giant "chaotic" eye on each shoe, and "Good 'n Evil" with a "sinner and saint" squaring off, apparently inspired by "listening to a lot of heavy metal", though not watching a lot of it, as then he wouldn't have made any shoes, due to being transfixed by gyrating cartoon breasts.
Dude "likes the challenge", so he'll give you complete creative control on your own custom pair, right down to the choice of the shoe -- so hit that sale, and you'll be the one cleaning up on aisle 7!
