There comes a time when a man yearns for his match, someone who understands his every need and desire, and accepts him no matter how meager the bulge in his pocket. That's right, the perfect broker! Find it, through NeighborCity. Mission-based NC's a super-slick search engine that culls listings (nearly 2000 in SF, plenty of foreclosures) from the most comprehensive sources (MLS, SFAR, even more obscure initialisms), then plays matchmaker between users and realtors based on objective criteria (as opposed to "he's dating my sister and could really use a break"). First, feed in criteria ('hood, price range, # bed/baths, etc), and up'll pop a Gmap of applicable properties (with deets listed out), plus a tab of the top 3-5 agents, chosen for their track record and active listings relative to your criteria -- so you don't waste time with some schmuck who doesn't know baller Hunters Point artist lofts. Click on an agent, and the property map/deet list updates to what they've got listed, after which you can simply shoot them an email; if those guys fall through, run an Agent Search (using your original criteria), and a much longer, ranked list'll pop up, great if you pick realtors like you pick race horses (fyi, awesomest name = "Pat Rock"). NC also boasts a community section, where users can ask questions and post talk-threads about stuff like market trends -- a section currently dominated by an NC employee named NeighborCity Raj, who yearns for someone who accepts him no matter how active he is on NeighborCity talk-threads.
