Four course, four shot dinner

Tres is hosting monthly dinners showcasing a single premium tequila, first up being Guadalajara's Partida. Dinner starts swimmingly with four shots (blanco/resposado/anejo/elegante) followed by four courses of grub (from bite-sized plates of fresh salsa/guac/ahi ceviche to a heaping portion of queso/truffle-stuffed chile relleno), all abetted by Partida margs in bottomless pitchers -- your own Neverending Story, except the only woolly flying doglizard will be you.
