From the dude behind Emporio Rulli, this "rustic" Marina joint's going Italia on everything from alcohol (24 Italy-only vinos by the glass, 6 Boot beers on tap, 15 more by the bottle) to Northern Italian specialty plates (cavatelli w/ crawfish and peppers) to thin crusted oval-shaped pizzas served on cutting boards, fresh out of a custom, "eco-friendly" oven with a rotating ceramic stone that cooks eight pizzas in less than three minutes, or one Ellio's personal pizza before you've even cracked the plastic.
