Pork-heavy noodles in the U District

The dude behind the ID's tiny original Samurai is bringing his outrageously porky ramen to the U-District via a brick-pillared, full-service 44-seater where he'll sling his signature noodleness like a shredded pork/fish cake spicy dipping ramen called Tetsu Hell Fire, and the Shougun Combo, which consists of pork, bamboo shoots, flavored egg, and Richard Chamberlain that's been slow-roasted for 546 minutes.
