The Swinery Deli and Charcuterie

On a quiet residential corner, this artisanal butcher slings delicacies from rosemary brown sugar breakfast sausage, to sliced fat back, to mortadella, to mutton and goose, as well as to-go lunches (andouille corn dogs; a ham, Gruyere, butter, cornichons & dijon sandwich), and cow, goat, and sheep's milk cheeses. All meat's prepared via hanging, drying, and preparation described by the owners as "Old School", which hopefully involves funereal cries of "You're my boy, Berkshire!".
