Presumably not named for what you'd have to call everyone else in The Roots after years of ?uestlove getting all the attention, this exposed brick- and aged wood-heavy spot boasts a custom smoker doling out serious "Q" like smoked pork belly, baby back ribs, and pulled pork sandwiches on custom pretzel buns from Tall Grass Bakery, while in back there's a bar pouring American whiskeys, bourbon, and craft brews.
