Disney's 'National Streaming Day' Deal Gets You Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ for $12.99
If you're looking to save a little on your catalog of streaming subscriptions, this $12.99-per-month bundle should be on your radar.
In case you haven't gotten around to memorizing the calendar of pseudo-holidays, today is "National Streaming Day." Or, so says Disney, at least. The mouse-eared entertainment powerhouse has dubbed May 20 as such, and is celebrating by touting lots of new content across its streaming properties like Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. It's also using the day to hype its special bundle deal that gets you a subscription to all three of those streaming platforms for a cool $12.99 per month.
If you're finally ready to dip your toe in the Disney+ pond, or just looking to cut down on monthly streaming subscription costs so you can binge without blowing your budget, the bundle is a pretty solid deal. It gets you access to Disney+ (which is ramping up new content and already home to a catalog of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars movies), Hulu (thousands of ad-supported TV shows and movies, plus popular Hulu Originals), and ESPN+, which is stocked with live game coverage & analysis, news, and other sports-related content, for $12.99. If you paid for each service individually, you'd pay $6.99 per month or $69.99 a year for Disney+, $5.99 per month for Hulu, and $5 per month or $50 a year for ESPN+. So, overall, the bundle saves you $5 a month, or 25%.
If you're curious what sort of great content is currently available -- and what new stuff is coming -- to all three platforms, Disney is currently hosting a 24-hour livestream with teasers and trailers for upcoming shows, series, and movies (you can tune in here).
